3.Ayala Highway: Known to Lipeños as the "Uptown", it is a diversion road from Barangay Marawoy to Barangay Mataas na Lupa (passing through Barangay Balintawak). 4. Claro M. Recto Avenue: Known as the "Downtown", it is located within the city and is the center of business and commerce. About 20 banks and several fast-food chains are located along the avenue
